Elaine is originally from Canada and moved to Texas with her family in 2000. In the last decade, she has developed a passion for languages and is trilingual, speaking French, English and Spanish fluently, and would like to learn Italian. She graduated with Honors from Medical Assistant College, and is a very compassionate and caring individual.
Elaine has been happily married for over 25 years, has three sons, two granddaughters and two dogs. She enjoys travelling, gardening and spending time with her two granddaughters.
Taylor is delighted to join our team bringing nearly a decade of experience providing excellent customer service to our patients. She moved to The Woodlands area from a small town near Surfside Beach, Texas. Soon after her arrival, she graduated from The University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology. Her desire to continuously learn keeps her enrolled in classes with her Alma Mater as well as the local university. She hopes to discover a new passion and apply to a graduate program soon.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves cooking and binge watching Netflix
Stephanie was born and raised in the Houston area, and has lived in the Spring/Klein area for over 20 years. She graduated in 2001 from the Academy of Healthcare Professions as a CMA and has always enjoyed working in the ENT field, with over 15 years of experience. Throughout the years, she has gained extensive knowledge about medical coding and billing. Stephanie loves kids and has two of her own, and her utmost joy is providing sincere care for patients and making them smile. In her free time, Stephanie loves to go bowling or kayaking.
Crystal is originally from Michigan, but has happily lived in Texas for 7 years. She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years, specializing in patient and customer satisfaction. Her passion for making patients and coworkers smile is what she looks forward to every day.
Crystal spends almost all of her time in Port O’Connor, TX with her husband, cooking extravagant dinners, and fishing around The Woodlands lakes. She also has a love for animals, and enjoys pet-sitting whenever she can.
Joseph is a Marine Veteran who served as an Infantry Machine Gun Squad Leader during the initial invasion in Iraq in 2003. Serving in the unit 3rd Battalion 4th Marines, he had a key role in the March to Baghdad. His unit has also cemented their legacy in Marine Corps History as being the Most Deployed Unit to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Once leaving the Marines, Joseph pursued a new passion in patient care and has plans to continue his education in obtaining a degree in nursing. Joseph has been an MA for the past 6 years, and comes to us with a background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and strives for quality patient care.
Joseph has been happily married for the past 18 years to his wife, who is a Harris County Deputy Constable, and has two sons. He loves to spend as much time with his family as possible, taking road trips in and out of Texas. They all enjoy tent camping throughout the year and going to the shooting range as a family.
Claudia was born in Uruguay, South America but has lived in Houston for the last 45 years. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has over 25 years of experience in insurance, billing, collecting, and many other tasks at ENT clinics within Houston.
When she’s not at work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Houston Texans.
Patricia was born in Providence, Rhode Island and has lived in Texas for 19 years. Patricia just recently graduated from Lonestar College in August and Woodlands ENT is her first job as an LVN. Patricia plans to get her Bachelor’s degree after gaining more experience in the medical field.
In Patricia’s spare time, she likes to watch Netflix, try new foods, and play with her two guinea pigs.
Arison joins the team in the Woodlands after growing up in New Jersey and earning his Sc.B. in Neuroscience at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Arison is pursuing a career in medicine, having worked as a Clinical Information Manager in an emergency room in Belleville, NJ and pursued research as an undergraduate in Contemplative Medicine in the Mind and Body Lab.
When he’s not in the clinic, Arison is working on his old fixie bicycle, arm-chair philosophizing, or thinking about what hops will work well for his next homebrew.
Alonso joins our team as a born and raised Houston native. Alonso has been a CMA for over 5 years with experience in family medicine, nephrology, and psychiatry. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys interpreting for Spanish-speaking patients. Providing all patients with quality care and attention is his top priority in the health care field, and he is always studying to further his education and knowledge.
Alonso has been happily married for 9 years and has two beautiful young daughters. In his spare time, Alonso enjoys running, swimming, and training in boxing and jiu-jitsu.
Cameron is originally from Manhattan, NY. She has joined our team after graduating from Dallas Baptist University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Currently, she is in a graduate program fulfilling a Master of Science in Health degree at Sam Houston State University. She is also pursuing her certification as an EMT. As she is pursuing a career in medicine, she has a passion for learning and helping patients.
In her spare time, Cameron enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, and baking new recipes. Cameron also enjoys traveling, with aspirations to continue traveling the world.
Kellie is originally from Dallas, TX but grew up in Spring, TX. She has been a CMA for 15 years and always strives for quality patient care. Kellie comes to join our team after working in pediatric cardiology for 8 years.
Kellie is a mother of two, and she enjoys the outdoors, fishing, sports, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she coaches her daughter’s little league cheer-leading team. When she isn’t coaching, she is watching her son play football or baseball.
