Elaine is originally from Canada and moved to Texas with her family in 2000. In the last decade, she has developed a passion for languages and is trilingual, speaking French, English and Spanish fluently, and would like to learn Italian. She graduated with Honors from Medical Assistant College, and is a very compassionate and caring individual.
Elaine has been happily married for over 25 years, has three sons, two granddaughters and two dogs. She enjoys travelling, gardening and spending time with her two granddaughters.
Taylor is delighted to join our team bringing nearly a decade of experience providing excellent customer service to our patients. She moved to The Woodlands area from a small town near Surfside Beach, Texas. Soon after her arrival, she graduated from The University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology. Her desire to continuously learn keeps her enrolled in classes with her Alma Mater as well as the local university. She hopes to discover a new passion and apply to a graduate program soon.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family, friends, and pets. She loves cooking and binge watching Netflix
Kristen was born and raised in Texas. She comes to join our team after working in clinical research for more than five years. She recently obtained her Associates in Science and is making plans to pursue further education. She is currently planning to pursue a dual degree in Nursing and Forensic Science.
When she’s not at work, Kristen enjoys spending her time bow fishing and competing in olympic weightlifting. After getting married in 2015, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 dogs: Paisley, Hollie, and Flint.
Macey is originally from The Woodlands, TX. She just graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Health. Throughout college, she assisted in nutritional research in aging participants. She also volunteered at several hospitals. She loves learning and plans to pursue further education in Healthcare.
In her spare time, Macey enjoys spending time with family and friends. Macey also enjoys watching sports, especially cheering for the Houston Astros at baseball games, volunteering, running, pet-sitting, and trying out new baking recipes.
Crystal is originally from Michigan, but has happily lived in Texas for 7 years. She has worked in the medical field for over 10 years, specializing in patient and customer satisfaction. Her passion for making patients and coworkers smile is what she looks forward to every day.
Crystal spends almost all of her time in Port O’Connor, TX with her husband, cooking extravagant dinners, and fishing around The Woodlands lakes. She also has a love for animals, and enjoys pet-sitting whenever she can.
Braden was born and raised in Houston, Texas and joins our team after graduating from Baylor University with a B.S. in Community Health. She is passionate about helping and educating patients and hopes to continue her education in the medical field.
In her spare time, Braden enjoys running, playing volleyball, volunteering, and cheering on the Houston Astros and the Baylor Bears.
Joseph is a Marine Veteran who served as an Infantry Machine Gun Squad Leader during the initial invasion in Iraq in 2003. Serving in the unit 3rd Battalion 4th Marines, he had a key role in the March to Baghdad. His unit has also cemented their legacy in Marine Corps History as being the Most Deployed Unit to both Iraq and Afghanistan.
Once leaving the Marines, Joseph pursued a new passion in patient care and has plans to continue his education in obtaining a degree in nursing. Joseph has been an MA for the past 3 years, and comes to us with a background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and strives for quality patient care.
Joseph has been happily married for the past 15 years to his wife, who is a Harris County Deputy Constable, and has two sons. He loves to spend as much time with his family as possible, taking road trips in and out of Texas. They all enjoy tent camping throughout the year and going to the shooting range as a family.
Claudia was born in Uruguay, South America but has lived in Houston for the last 45 years. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has over 25 years of experience in insurance, billing, collecting, and many other tasks at ENT clinics within Houston. She’s pursuing further education to become a Certified Coder in October.
When she’s not at work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her favorite football team, the Houston Texans.
In her spare time, Yami loves spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs. Yami is very passionate about her dogs and enjoys taking them to the park.
Kenzie was born and raised in the great city of Houston, TX, but has lived in several different places as a Veteran of the United States Army. She served with the 25th Infantry Division and the 2nd Infantry Division with 602nd Aviation support Battalion in Korea. She plans to pursue further education in the medical field, as well as the criminal justice field.
When she’s not at work, Kenzie spends her time doing puzzles, going to the park, and trying to teach her 4-year old daughter how to play baseball.
Stephanie was born and raised in the Houston area, and has lived in the Spring/Klein area for over 20 years. She graduated in 2001 from the Academy of Healthcare Professions as a CMA and has always enjoyed working in the ENT field, with over 15 years of experience. Throughout the years, she has gained extensive knowledge about medical coding and billing. Stephanie loves kids and has two of her own, and her utmost joy is providing sincere care for patients and making them smile. In her free time, Stephanie loves to go bowling or kayaking.
Arison joins the team in the Woodlands after growing up in New Jersey and earning his Sc.B. in Neuroscience at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Arison is pursuing a career in medicine, having worked as a Clinical Information Manager in an emergency room in Belleville, NJ and pursued research as an undergraduate in Contemplative Medicine in the Mind and Body Lab.
When he’s not in the clinic, Arison is working on his old fixie bicycle, arm-chair philosophizing, or thinking about what hops will work well for his next homebrew.
Alonso joins our team as a born and raised Houston native. Alonso has been a CMA for over 5 years with experience in family medicine, nephrology, and psychiatry. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys translating for Spanish-speaking patients. Providing all patients with quality care and attention is his top priority in the health care field, and he is always studying to further his education and knowledge.
Alonso has been happily married for 9 years and has two beautiful young daughters. In his spare time, Alonso enjoys running, swimming, and training in boxing and jiu-jitsu.
Tora was born and raised in Houston, and recently became part of our team after obtaining certification as a medical assistant with x-ray technology. Tora is currently continuing her education to receive her degree in healthcare. When she is not working, Tora is spending time with her two young boys, traveling, swimming, playing sports, and finding fun things to get into with her family.
Kellie is originally from Dallas, TX but grew up in Spring, TX. She has been a CMA for 15 years and always strives for quality patient care. Kellie comes to join our team after working in pediatric cardiology for 8 years.
Kellie is a mother of two, and she enjoys the outdoors, fishing, sports, crafting, and spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she coaches her daughter’s little league cheer-leading team. When she isn’t coaching, she is watching her son play football or baseball.
Madison joins our team as a recent graduate of Rice University with a B.A. in Kinesiology – Sports Medicine. She is certified as an Advanced EMT and volunteers with Cypress Creek EMS. She speaks Spanish fluently, and tries to practice it as often as she can. She has always had an interest in the medical field and plans to attend a PA program in Texas in the future, hoping to eventually settle in The Woodlands.
Madison’s hobbies include raising guinea pigs, playing with her two cats, Chuckles and Mochi, and running at random parks around Houston, with hopes to eventually get back into running 5Ks and possibly marathons.
